THURSDAY
5:00 – 5:45 pm PowerSkating
5:55 – 7:00 pm Junior Freeskate (includes stroking)
6:50 – 8:00 pm Int/Senior Freeskate(includes stroking)
SATURDAY
7:30 – 9:30 am Synchro
9:30 – 10:15 am CanSkate Parent/Tot
10:15 – 11:00 am CanSkate Parent/Tot

** General Membership is practice ice time available to all of our registered skaters at no charge. It’s a great time for our CanSkate members to practice new skills and/or book private lessons. For safety the following restrictions apply:
No double jumps, no dances above senior bronze and no skills above junior bronze.
